  • We offer primitive campground sites for monthly and seasonal rentals in the Finger Lakes region of beautiful upstate NY.

  • If you don’t know, we highly suggest you google it before going any further. It can vary somewhat, but at Beaver Bend it means no electricity, no tap water, and no public toilets. All campers must provide thier own shelter, water supply or purification, and waste disposal solutions. Primitive camping requires a high degree of self-sufficiency.

  • No. In fact, it is discouraged unless you are a highly experienced camper. Most of our guests use this campground as a weekend retreat.

  • We encourage all guests to visit the property before booking. We allow guests to move sites once during their monthly stay if they do not like their initial site selection. We always try to be as accommodating as possible, but cancellations after check-in receive no refund.

  • Weather is part of outdoor recreation and does not qualify for refunds. Summer weather in the Finger Lakes is prone to change quickly, and the temperature swing between day and night is usually significant. Please check forecasts before your stay and come prepared.
