Welcome to Beaver Bend

This is a small campground and farm property on 30 acres of undeveloped land consisting of seasonal creeks, a small beaver pond, two pastures, and woodlands along state route 414 in the heart of the Finger Lakes. 

Our Finger Lakes campground is designed for primitive tent campers seeking long-term stays in a peaceful, natural setting. Spanning thirty acres, the land is carefully stewarded to ensure each campsite has generous spacing, privacy, and a sense of solitude.

Unlike traditional campgrounds, we offer monthly campsite rentals, allowing guests to settle in, grow food, and build a meaningful connection to the land. Each site includes dedicated gardening space, perfect for vegetables, herbs, or flowers.

In the Heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes, with convenient access to Watkins Glen (10 mins), Corning (15 mins), and Ithaca (35 mins) as well as numerous wineries, breweries, parks, lakes, streams, restaurants, shops, and much more.

This is the "Upper Pasture." Set well back from the road and surrounded by trees, it is an ideal place to set up a tent sight. Quiet, Private, Secluded and the Stars abound at night time!
There are two open clearings on the property. This one is the "Lower Pasture" overlooking the creek and Beaver Dam, with Route 414 in the background.
